Your health and safety are our top priorities here at Innovative Spine & Orthopedic Clinic. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, our office offers Telemedicine option for our patients to get the care they need in a safe and timely manner.
What services to be provided via Telemedicine?
With telemedicine, our providers can perform patient consultations on the followings:
- Discussing new or existing spinal concerns
- Visually examining your gait, balance, range of motion
- Reviewing imaging or lab results
- Electronically submitting orders, prescriptions, or referrals
- Post-operative follow ups
How to make Telemedicine appointment?
Please call our office at 210-402-1222 and the staff will be happy to help you schedule a telemedicine appointment.
How can Telemedicine be done?
You can use any device to participate in the Telemedicine as long as it has camera and microphone.
Once your Telemedicine appointment is scheduled, you will receive an invitation through text message and with the link to join your Telemedicine visit. On the day of the appointment, the staff will call you 5 to 10 minutes prior to the appointment to check you in and prepare you for the visit; then you will click the link to be connected with the provider.
